Occupational Therapy

The World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT) describe 'occupations' as everyday activities that people do as individuals, in families and with communities to occupy time and bring meaning and purpose to life.

Occupational therapy is an allied health care profession that focuses on enabling people who experience physical, sensory, social, emotional or cognitive challenges to participate in their daily activities or roles that they want or need to do.

At Easy Therapy we help infants, children, adolescents, young people, and families regain the capacity to be active participants in their daily lives through everyday tasks, goal-directed exercises, and evidence-based therapies.

We can help you build play skills and living skills, progress towards developmental milestones, and support you with re-engaging in the local community. We can also adjust the environment to help you adapt and cope with changes so you can participate and engage at your best in work, school, or leisure activities.
